Return Notification

• Before returning any items, the customer must inform us and provide the purchase invoice details associated with the return.

Return Costs

• Returns of non-faulty items are made at the customer's expense.
• If the returned items are incorrect or faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Terms According to Lithuanian Civil Code

• In accordance with Article 6.362 of the Lithuanian Civil Code, the buyer has the right to return goods of inadequate quality and request their replacement, a price reduction, or to terminate the contract and receive a refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned items are received. A credit invoice will be issued to confirm the refund.
