Delivery Methods

• We deliver all orders using the “Nėge” shipping service both within Lithuania and internationally.

Delivery Times

• If the items are in stock, delivery takes 1–3 business days.
• If the items are out of stock, delivery may take 1–2 weeks.
• In exceptional cases, delivery terms are arranged individually.

Pricing

• Delivery within Lithuania starts from €5.
• Delivery abroad (Latvia and Estonia) starts from €15.

Delivery Zones

• We deliver orders to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

Returns

• If a suitable item is returned, the customer covers the shipping costs.
• If an incorrect or faulty item is delivered, we cover the return shipping costs.

Force Majeure Conditions

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure), we address each situation individually and contact the customer directly.
